The District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation invites
Shaw residents, especially young people, as well as the DC skateboarding,
rollerblading, and bicycling community, to participate in the planning
of the Shaw Skate Park at the Shaw Recreation Center, 11th Street and Rhode Island
Avenue, NW.
Input on the design of the park is sought from potential users of all
ages and types.
The meeting will be held on Monday, July 21, 2003, at 7:00 PM at Shaw
Junior
High School, 925 Rhode Island Avenue, NW.
