wow. over a half million on bates.
i know i should know better by now, but still. wow.
Those are some really high prices. But it is worth noting that all but one sold at less than list price. That says the bubble is deflating. I would like to see the same info for condos.
Why are you suprised? Lots of Bates St rowhouses are huuge...
There are three lots for sale now on the 1500 block of 9th for over half a million. Which I can't imagine they will get.
Repeating news I posted below: The Queen of Sheba restaurant just put out an open sign.
Although we've seen lots of astronomical housing prices, over half-million $$ is still a mind-blowing mountain of cash to some of us.
It's interesting that one house has been listed for over 2 months. We may even see some sanity return to the DC housing market before too long.
