This just in....Apparently the dry cleaners on 4th St, just south of Florida is getting the final inspection today and will be opening shortly.
Yes, yes. I know. It's been "this close to opening" forever. I talked to the owner this morning and she said they will be open very soon. I'm going to believe it this time.

oh hey, I'm 99% certain I spotted Mr. A. Fenty on Q St. yesterday evening; between 1st and 2nd Sts. NW. (north side, talking with folks outside the housing project there)
