Amen--can't tell you how glad we are this project got underway before the financial crisis hit. Plus they already have a large tenant (DoJ) lined up for the office space component.

Isn't DHS renting a whole bunch of space as well? My mind is too much of a sieve this weekend. Regardless, I nice active business center is good for Shaw and NoMa. Although, is Harris Teeter a little more expensive than some stores? I do realize that I should be able to find any ingredient I need. -jOn
