BACA meeting 9/10

These are my really skimpy meeting notes:

No Jim Berry- had a work detail and could not make it Art Slater filled in.
Talked about BACA activities such as the National Night out at the Florida Ave park and the Fun days in July and August. The 4th St Music Project? appeared at the last Fun Day. The next fun day will be October 13th. They plan to have Dc Lotto there and classic cars.

Trash- MPD can make arrests based on probable cause.

Kwame Brown- has relatves in the TC area. Talked about schools. Vocational schools (Phelps), vacant properties. Suggested city buying properties. Dumping-intro a bill against littering.
